Nourishing Our Community: Supporting the Dala Pantry and Summer Lunch Program
At The Bank of Tescott, we believe strong communities are built when neighbors help neighbors. That's why our Lindsborg Branch was proud to support two organizations dedicated to ensuring local families have access to nutritious food and caring support: the Dala Pantry and the Summer Lunch Program at Messiah Lutheran Church.
The Dala Pantry plays an essential role in addressing food insecurity by providing healthy food to individuals and families throughout the USD 400 community. Through the generosity of volunteers and community partners, the pantry helps ensure that no one has to face hunger alone.
The Summer Lunch Program at Messiah Lutheran Church provides nutritious meals to children and teens while school is out of session, helping bridge the gap during the summer months when many students no longer have access to school meal programs. The program offers more than just meals, it provides a welcoming place where young people can gather and feel supported.
