Our new and improved system offers a powerful suite of digital services designed to help you meet your financial goals and manage your banking wherever life takes you.

What You Need to Know

Most of your account details—including transaction history, bill pay payees, scheduled payments, internal transfers, and eStatement settings—are already available and ready to use.

Please Note:

  • Alerts: Previous alert settings did not transfer. Please take a moment to re-establish any alerts you rely on.

  • Recurring Transfers: Internal transfers you previously set up have carried over, but if you need to make changes to those, you’ll need to create a new one and delete the original.

First-Time Login Process

To ensure a smooth login, it's important that your Online Banking profile includes your current phone number and email address. If you need to update this information, give us a call at 866-837-2688.

When logging in for the first time:

  • Use your existing User ID and Password.

  • You’ll be prompted to verify your identity with a one-time passcode via text or phone call.

  • Simply enter the code and proceed to access your account.

Helpful Reminders:

  • If you use biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint), make sure you know your User ID and Password.

  • If you forgot your login credentials, you can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen or contact us for assistance.

New Mobile Banking App

Our Mobile Banking app has also been updated. You can access it two ways:

Option 1: Through the Current App
Open your existing app, and you’ll be prompted to download the new version. Once downloaded, log in using your existing credentials, then delete the old app.

Option 2: Direct Download
Search for The Bank of Tescott in your app store. Download the new app, log in, and delete the old version afterward.

Note: If you previously used biometrics, you will need to re-enable this feature within the new app.
